Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains LenDain credit purchases, plan use and refund requests.

1. Prepaid credit purchases

LenDain uses a prepaid credit system. Purchases are processed as one-time payments through Google Play Billing. LenDain does not automatically renew a subscription or automatically charge users.

2. Plan activation

• Basic: 1 credit per active day.
• Pro: 3 credits per active day.

The current in-app screen is the controlling source for available packages, prices and plan benefits.

3. Cancellation

Because purchases are not recurring subscriptions, there is no automatic renewal to cancel. A user may stop using LenDain at any time. Unused credits remain subject to this policy and account rules.

4. 24-hour refund request

A full refund may be requested within 24 hours of purchase without giving a reason, provided the request is timely, the credits have not been used, no daily plan deduction has occurred from those credits, no premium feature has been substantially used through them, and the purchase was made through Google Play Billing.

5. Used credits

After any part of the purchased credits has been consumed, the purchase is generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or Google Play policy.

6. Google Play processing

Payments and some refunds are processed by Google Play. When Google issues a refund, LenDain may remove the corresponding credits and premium access from the account.

7. Abuse prevention

Refund requests may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, repeated policy abuse, chargeback abuse or misuse of purchased credits, subject to applicable law and platform policy.

8. Request a refund

Email billing@lendain.com or WhatsApp +92 348 1425065. Include the registered phone number, Google Play order ID beginning with GPA, and purchase date. We aim to review complete requests within 7 business days.
