Privacy Policy

This policy explains the information LenDain may collect, why it is used, and the choices available to users of the LenDain app and lendain.com.

1. Information we collect

  • Account: name, phone number, account identifiers, referral information and authentication-related data.
  • Transaction records: parties, amounts, types, dates, comments, confirmation status and related activity.
  • Credits and purchases: plan status, credit balance, Google Play order or purchase verification data.
  • Device and notifications: device identifiers, session information and optional push-notification tokens.
  • Support: messages, screenshots and information supplied when requesting help.
  • Technical usage: logs necessary for security, diagnostics and reliable operation.

2. How information is used

  • Provide account, party, transaction, QR, confirmation and statement features.
  • Show shared entry details to the relevant counterparty.
  • Manage credits, plans and Google Play purchase verification.
  • Send service, security and optional notification messages.
  • Prevent misuse, investigate technical problems and improve reliability.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Shared transaction data

When you send or confirm an entry, relevant transaction details are shown to the counterparty. Shared entries may remain associated with the counterparty’s account even if you later request deletion, where necessary to preserve their legitimate copy of the shared record and subject to applicable law.

4. Storage and security

LenDain uses cloud infrastructure and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including authenticated access and encryption in transit. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your PIN, device and phone account.

5. Service providers and disclosure

LenDain does not sell personal data. Information may be processed by service providers used for hosting, authentication, notifications, analytics, billing verification and support, or disclosed where required by law, security needs or the protection of rights.

6. Retention

Information is kept for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, preserve shared records, process billing, maintain security, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations. Backup copies may remain for a limited retention period.

7. Your choices

  • Manage notifications through app or device settings.
  • Request correction of supported profile details.
  • Export statements before deletion.
  • Request account and data deletion through the app or the Data Deletion Instructions.

8. Children

LenDain is not directed to children under 13. Users must satisfy the age and legal-capacity requirements applicable to them.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated. The current revision date will appear at the top of this page.
