Terms of Service

By using the LenDain mobile application or website at lendain.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service

LenDain is a transaction-record platform for simple personal and business money transactions. A transaction is recorded through a workflow in which both registered parties may review and confirm the entry. LenDain does not transfer money, provide banking services, issue loans, hold funds, or independently verify the underlying real-world transaction.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for providing accurate information and protecting your phone number, PIN, device, and authentication access. A single-active-device rule may apply. Do not share access credentials with another person.

3. Credits and plans

LenDain uses prepaid credits. Credit purchases are one-time payments through Google Play Billing; there are no automatic recurring charges. When a paid plan is active, credits may be deducted daily according to the plan displayed in the app. Current packages, prices, limits and benefits are shown before purchase.

4. Transaction confirmation

Users are responsible for checking the party, amount, type, date, comments and other details before confirming an entry. Confirmation represents the user’s action inside LenDain; it is not an independent investigation, guarantee, endorsement or certification by LenDain.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use LenDain for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or deceptive activity; attempt to access another user’s data; upload harmful content; manipulate confirmation workflows; reverse engineer the service; or disrupt its operation.

6. Your data

You retain rights in the information you submit, subject to the rights of counterparties in shared transaction records. You grant LenDain the limited permission needed to store, process, display and transmit that data to provide the service. See the Privacy Policy.

7. Statements and legal disclaimer

Statements and PDFs generated by LenDain are reference records based on app activity. LenDain does not guarantee that they satisfy the evidence requirements of any court, authority, tax body or dispute process. Users should obtain professional advice where legal reliance is intended.

8. Availability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued, and uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LenDain and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss resulting from use of the service, user-entered information, disputes between parties, device loss, connectivity failure or unauthorized account access.

10. Refunds

Credit refunds and cancellation rules are explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy and may also be subject to Google Play policies and applicable law.

11. Changes

These Terms may be updated. The latest version and revision date will be published on this page. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
